Our Story
Nearly 20 years ago, the founder of Villas Cononda discovered La Saladita, a hidden beach perfect for surfing. From the very first visit, a special bond was formed with this place. Over time, fueled by a love for nature and surfing, Villas Cononda was born—a project designed to connect visitors with the essence of Ixtapa and the sea, in an atmosphere of peace and adventure.

The villas are designed under principles of organic architecture, built with superabe and top quality finishes that prioritize aesthetics, sustainability and comfort. Each villa has large, private and open spaces, spacious bathrooms and a reverse osmosis system to purify water, eliminating the need to buy jugs. In addition, the exteriors include lawns with planters, royal palms and other details that create a harmonious environment with nature, offering luxury and comfort in every corner.
